About
I'm Jacob, an experienced Okta administrator. I've worked at companies of 1,000+ employees, including HIPAA-regulated healthcare, and led a full Okta rollout end to end: SSO and SCIM across dozens of SaaS apps, attribute-based access control, and company-wide MFA.
I built custom sync middleware with Workday, developed RBAC models and JML automations that tightened up onboarding and offboarding, and wrote a custom SCIM router for the apps where Okta's built-in integrations don't exist or where we needed more control over the workflow.
